Terms & Conditions:
 
  1. To enjoy privilege offered by Participating Merchant, Member must present LP Card before payment. Participating Merchant reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Langham Place is not responsible for any losses caused by dispute between Member and Participating Merchant.

  2. Member must present LP Card and same-day sales receipt to redeem Bonus Point. Receipt that is/are not redeemed on the day of purchase will be regarded as invalid. Receipt issued by individual consignment counter such as cosmetic, fashion and accessories counters inside HK Seibu will be not accepted. Spending at Langham Place Office Tower, Langham Place Hotel, bank, car park, or for Octopus add-value service, purchase and/or add-value of tenant membership card, bill payment, purchase of gift voucher and related services are excluded.

  3. Member is not allowed to redeem Bonus Point with sales receipt owned by other person.

  4. A valid sales receipt must be machine-printed and contain the name of Merchant, receipt number, transaction number, transaction date and amount of transaction. Handwritten receipt is not acceptable. Revised, re-printed, copied or handwritten receipt is not acceptable. All valid receipts will be stamped and scanned/copied for internal record. Member may be requested to present credit card or EPS and relevant information (such as company name and contact number) or document for verification. In case of any dispute relating to validity of receipt, Customer Service Officer reserves the right to make final decision. If a Member refuses or fails to provide sufficient information for verification, such receipt may be regarded as invalid.

  5. Member should inspect the gift before redemption procedure is completed. All gifts are not returnable or exchangeable. Langham Place Mall is not responsible for the quality and function of gift.

  6. Langham Place is not responsible for the Terms and Conditions applied to offer by Participating Merchant. All Terms and Conditions are subject to final confirmation by Participating Merchant.

  7. LP Card and Bonus Point are non-transferable.

  8. Any valid receipt can be used for redemption of Bonus Point for one single time. Validity of receipt will be determined by the receipt number printed on the receipt.

  9. Application for replacement of LP Card should be made in person at L4 Information Counter. Handling fee of HK$20 will be charged for issuance of each new Card.

  10. Members should keep his/her own LP Card in good condition. Damage and/or alteration to the Card is/are not allowed. Otherwise, the Member must replace his/her Card and pay administration fee of HK$20.

  11. Information of the new Card will be retrieved from the record in LP Card Member database.

  12. Langham Place reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of use, Bonus Point conversion and redemption of LP Card without prior notice.

  13. If the Member breaches any Terms or Conditions or Langham Place has reasonable ground to believe that such Member breaches any Terms or Conditions, Langham Place reserves the right to suspend or terminate such Member’s membership and lodge a claim for compensation from the Member of any losses suffered by Langham Place or Participating Merchant arises from the breach of Terms and Conditions by the Member.

  14. Langham Place reserves the right of final decision in the event of any disputes.

  15. Langham Place collects and holds personal data for the purpose of providing regular update on LP Card member privileges, Langham Place merchant/product/service offers that may be of interest to the Applicant. The Applicant may, at any time, choose not to receive email marketing information from Langham Place by sending email to lpcard@langhamplace.com.hk.
