- A maximum of 2 same day sales receipts issued by 2 different merchants are accepted for this redemption. Receipt(s) that is/are not redeemed on the day of purchase will be regarded as invalid. Only one receipt issued by each merchant is eligible for redemption. Any valid receipt can be used for redemption for one single time only.
- Original sales receipt(s) must be presented upon redemption. Revised or re-printed receipts will not be accepted. A valid sales receipt must be machine-printed with merchant name, receipt/invoice number, transaction number, transaction date and amount of transaction. Handwritten receipt is not acceptable.
- Receipts will be stamped by Customer Service Ambassador for verification. Customers may be requested to present credit card receipt(s) (such as VISA, MasterCard, American Express and so on) or EPS receipt(s) for verification if necessary.
- Receipt issued by individual consignment counter such as cosmetic, fashion and accessories counters inside HK Seibu will be not accepted.
- Spending at Langham Place Office Tower, Langham Place Hotel, UA Cinemas, bank, car park, Octopus add-value service, bill settlement, purchase and/or addvalue of tenant membership card, purchase of gift voucher and related services are excluded.
- Receipt(s) stamped with redemption chop(s) by Langham Place will not be allowed for cash refund in H&M and Monki.
- Redemption should be made at L1 Customer Service Center from 11am to 11pm or L4 Customer Service Center from 10am to 12:30 midnight. Redemption procedures for one hour free parking must be processed and completed within opening hours of the Customer Service Centers from Mondays to Thursdays (excluding Public holidays).
- Customers should use Octopus/VISA card to enter the car park. Each Octopus/VISA card can only redeem free parking for one time each day only and a maximum of 2-hour free parking.
- For every additional hour parked beyond the promotional period, the prevailing parking fee will be duly charged onwards (Monday to Thursday: HK$13 per half hour; Friday to Sunday & Public holidays: HK$16 per half hour).
- Free parking offer cannot be used in conjunction with free parking coupon and any other promotional offers.
- All staff from merchants at Langham Place is not entitled to participate in this promotion. Customers may be requested to present credit card or EPS and relevant information (such as company name and contact number) or document for verification if necessary.
- Incase of any dispute, the decision of Langham Place shall be final.
