*Terms and Conditions

• A maximum of 2 same-day machine-printed sales receipts are accepted for this redemption
• Spending at merchants at Langham Place Office Tower, Langham Place Hotel, UA Langham Place, banks, parking, Octopus Add-value, purchase of tenant membership card, tenant membership card add-value, payment to telecom services and related spending of gift vouchers are excluded.
• Redemption should be made at L1 Information Counter from 11:00 to 23:00 or L4 Information Counter from 10:00 to 00:30.
• A valid sales receipt must be machine-printed and contain the information of the shop name, receipt number, transaction number, transaction date and amount of sales transaction.  Handwritten receipt is not acceptable.
• Only receipt from Langham Place merchants will be accepted.  Receipt from individual consignment counter such as cosmetic, fashion and accessories counters inside HK Seibu will not be accepted.
• Original sales receipt must be presented upon redemption.  Revised or re-printed receipts will not be accepted.  Receipts will be stamped by staff of Information Counter for verification. Customer may be requested to provide credit card receipt (VISA/MasterCard) or EPS receipt for verification if necessary.
• Only one receipt from the same merchant can be used for redemption.
• Customers should use Octopus/VISA card to enter the car park.  Each Octopus/VISA card can only redeem one time per day and a maximum of 2-hour free parking.
• For every additional hour parked beyond the complimentary period, the prevailing parking fee will be duly charged onwards (Monday to Thursday: HK$12/half hour; Friday to Sunday & Public holiday: HK$15/half hour).
• Complimentary parking cannot be used in conjunction with free parking coupon and any other promotional offers.
• All staff members from merchants at Langham Place are not entitled to participate in this promotion.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of Langham Place shall be final.
