Touchless Parking Service

  1. Touchless parking service is only eligible for LP CLUB members who have registered for this service.
  2. Touchless parking service is only eligible for B4 and B5 Car Park of Langham Place.
  3. Touchless parking service is only eligible for private cars. Public passenger transport (including taxis) and delivery vehicles are not eligible for touchless parking service.
  4. Floating monthly parking customers are not eligible for touchless parking service.
  5. Members must register for touchless parking service via Langham Place APP, enter the vehicle registration number and the Octopus number used for verification, and use the same Octopus to enter the car park on their next visit to Langham Place to complete the verification process.
  6. Once the verification process is complete, the registered car can use touchless parking service on their next visit to Langham Place car park.
  7. Each vehicle registration number can only be registered for touchless parking service under one member account.
  8. Each member can register up to 5 vehicle registration numbers.
  9. Langham Place car park parking fees are calculated hourly, and any use of less than one hour will still be charged for one hour. Once the car with touchless parking service is in the car park, parking fees will begin to be charged immediately.
  10. Members who have registered for the touchless parking service can pay parking fee by one of the following payment methods:
    Automatic payment via default payment method in "My Wallet"
    • Members can select any registered credit card or debit card from "My Wallet" as the default payment method for each registered car and activate automatic payment. This will deduct the parking fee from the default payment method every time the car exits the gate.
    • Members who have enabled automatic payment can also utilize the "Automatic Use of Parking Coupons" option, which allows the system to automatically select the most appropriate parking coupon from the member's "Gift Box" to achieve the most favorable parking fee.
    • Members can change their payment method, disable automatic payment, or disable automatic use of parking coupons at any time in "My Cars".
    • Members who have enabled automatic use of parking coupons can also manually select a parking coupon when parking and the system will disable automatic parking coupons selection without the need to repeatedly turn it on and off.
    • Members can remove any registered credit or debit card at any time in "My Wallet".
    Online Payment for Pay-per-Use Parking
    • Members who have registered for touchless parking service can also make payment using a credit card, debit card or registered Alipay account via Langham Place APP before exiting each time.
    • Members must successfully pay all parking fees and leave the car park within the specified payment period or a maximum of 15 minutes grace period. Failure to comply will result in additional parking fees. The grace period will be based on the record displayed on the Langham Place APP.
    • Members must pay all parking fees via the Langham Place APP before exiting. Late payment will be made at the parking gate. If touchless parking cannot be used due to a system problem, the member must pay the balance at the parking gate before exiting.
    • Members who have paid the parking fee do not need to pay by card when leaving the car park. Parking and payment records can be checked via Langham Place APP. If there are any questions about the records, please contact the Customer Service Ambassadors within 30 days from the day of leaving.
  11. Members who have registered for the touchless parking service can also redeem parking coupons with LP CLUB bonus points via Langham Place APP or redeem free parking privileges by spending at L1 or L4 Customer Service Center.
  12. Members can remove any verified car at any time within "My Car".
  13. If a member has transferred the car registered for the touchless parking service to another person, the member must immediately log in to their account via Langham Place APP and remove the registration record of that car in "My Car". If it is found that any member has registered a car that is not actually owned by them, Langham Place has the right to remove the registered car of that member without further notice.
  14. When members make payments via Langham Place APP, the payment will be processed by a third-party payment service provider. Once the payment application is submitted, the member will be deemed to authorize Langham Place to charge the credit card or debit card designated by member through the third-party payment service provider based on the total amount required for parking. Members also agree to be responsible for all costs and liabilities arising from the redemption or parking. The payment application cannot be changed or cancelled. No refund (whether in whole or in part) will be tendered to the members by Langham Place.
  15. In the event of any problem, including but not limited to system error or credit card to make payment failures, resulting in the inability to collect parking fees from the default credit card, the system will send a "Parking Fee Payment Reminder" notification to the member and temporarily disable the touchless parking service. Members must pay the parking fee within 24 hours at L1 or L4 Customer Service Center to reactivate the touchless parking service. If the member fails to pay the fees within this period, all other features of the member's account (including bonus points registration, privilege redemption, and touchless parking service, etc.) will be suspended until the member pays all outstanding parking fees. In addition, Langham Place reserves the right to pursue the unpaid parking fees from the member in any appropriate way.
  16. Langham Place is not responsible for any losses caused by third parties using the Langham Place APP or transferring cars due to the member's phone loss or failure to remove the registered car.
  17. Langham Place is not responsible for any losses caused by the failure or delay of the parking gate system or touchless parking system or the failure to update the vehicle registration number or credit card information.
  18. Langham Place shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any cars, goods, articles, or appliances inside or outside the cars caused by any member's registration, activation, or use of the Touchless Parking Service.
  19. The use of the Touchless Parking Service is subject to Langham Place's general parking terms and conditions. Please refer to the customer service ambassador for details.
  20. Langham Place reserves the right to change, modify or cancel the Touchless Parking Service and its related terms and conditions without any prior notice. In case of any disputes, the decision of Langham Place shall be final.
