Mon cher’s Dojima Roll was first launched in 2003 at Dojima Osaka. Immediately ‘Dojima Roll’ became a sensational hit with wide media coverage. We use fresh cream originally milked in Hokkaido Farm and the recipe is unique and owned by Mon Cher.
Our sweets are based on the traditional French confection, and made with the culture and creativity very unique to Japan.
