Free Pet Stroll Lending Service

Pet Stroller Lending Services are available at the L1 & L4 Customer Service Centre. Customers are welcome to inquire with the Customer Service Ambassadors or refer to the "Terms and Conditions for Pet Stroller Lending Service" for details.

Pet-Friendly Shops

More than 130 shops at Langham Place welcome pets and their pet owners to explore and enjoy together. Simply look for the "Pet-Friendly" signage displayed in the shops.

To create a safe and comfortable shopping environment for all customers and pets, pet owners are required to keep their pets in a pet stroller or carrier while inside Langham Place. Please keep your pets secure and under control at all times to prevent accidents. To help keep the mall environment clean, pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, and basic cleaning supplies such as pee pads and wet wipes are available at the L1 & L4 Customer Service Centre.
