Terms and Conditions:

1. Upon accumulative spending of HK$2,000 in Langham Place (max. 3 same-day electronic receipts issued by at least 2 merchants under different categories), LP CLUB members will be rewarded with a set of “Blossoms of Joy” Premium Box (Quota: 400).
2. Langham Place x Imperial Patisserie Palmier Delight Gift Set (Original / Earl Grey Flavored) are distributed randomly and cannot be selected by members nor exchanged or returned.
3. During the Promotion Period, each LP CLUB member can redeem a maximum 5 quota of special rewards. Limited quota while stock lasts.
4. For merchant categories, please refer to the merchants listed in “Shop” and “Dine” sections of Langham Place website and mobile app.
5. The privilege does not include any warranty, exchange, refund or cash refund. Members are required to check the condition of privilege at the time of redemption. Pictures and values are reference only, and the actual product may vary.

How can I apply for LP CLUB Membership?

1. Customers are required to register as LP CLUB members to join this promotion.
2. Customers can register as LP CLUB member upon downloading Langham Place APP and completing the registration procedure.
3. For membership application, relevant terms and conditions and personal data collection statement of Langham Place LP CLUB, please refer to "LP CLUB Terms and Conditions" in Langham Place APP and website.

Eligible Sales Receipt

1. Members are required to present a valid same-day machine-printed receipt issued by participating merchants (“Eligible Sales Receipt”).
2. Each Eligible Sales Receipt can be registered for this promotion once only.
3. The spending amount on each sales receipt must be HK$100 or above. A valid sales receipt must be machine-printed and contain the merchant name, receipt number, transaction date & time and transaction amount. Handwritten, re-printed receipts and merchant slips are not acceptable. All sales receipts presented will be stamped and scanned/copied by Customer Service Ambassadors for internal record.
4. Eligible Sales Receipt for registration must be settled by mobile payment (including credit card, debit card, EPS, Octopus, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, QuickPass, PayMe, BOC Pay and Tap&Go).
5. If the transactions are made by mobile payment (including Octopus, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, QuickPass, PayMe, BOC Pay, Tap&Go), members are required to present Eligible Sales Receipts and screenshots of mobile payment transaction for registration.
6. Receipts issued by beauty consignment counters inside LANGHAM BEAUTY are not acceptable for registration.
7. Transactions at Langham Place Office Tower, transactions at Cordis Hotel, banking services, parking fees, online purchase or payment, Octopus Card add-value service, purchase or add-value of merchant membership card, bill payment, purchase of gift voucher and related services are not acceptable for registration.
8. Receipt from third party takeaway or delivery services platforms will be forfeited.
9. Members may be requested to present credit card, debit card, EPS card, Octopus card or mobile payment APP for verification. Customer Service Ambassadors shall have the right to reject the above-mentioned bonus points registration request.
10. Member must register for the offer with same-day electronic receipt, expired receipt will be forfeited.
11. Gifts cannot be returned, transferred, exchanged for cash or exchanged for other products/services. The staff of Langham Place merchants are not allowed to participate in this promotion and redeem gifts to ensure fairness. If necessary, the customer service ambassador has the right to request the redeemer to provide personal information (including the organization, contact number) and identification documents for verification purposes to redeem gifts and to redeem gifts on behalf of customers.
12. Langham Place reserves the right to modify the event reward, redemption method and terms and conditions without prior notice.
13. In case of any disputes, the decision of Langham Place shall be final and no objection shall be raised to the decision.
