How to Participate

1. Upon spending of HK$300 or above in single purchase by electronic payment at participating merchants in Langham Place Mall within 4 August and 3 October 2021 (“Promotion Period”), and successful bonus points registration by uploading sales receipts via Langham Place APP, LP CLUB members will be entitled to a chance of “Langham Place Spend & Win”. During the Promotion Period, each LP CLUB member can be entitled to a maximum of 5 lucky draw chances.
2. In order to support the government voucher scheme, members who pay through the four government-designated stored value facilities (including Octopus, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay and Tap&Go), will be entitled to an extra chance of lucky draw. During the Promotion Period, each LP CLUB member can be entitled to a maximum of 5 additional lucky draw chances (that is, each member can be entitled to a maximum of 10 lucky draw chances during the promotion period).
3. Members must upload the original Eligible Sales Receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips or screenshots of mobile payment transaction at/before 11pm on 3 October 2021 to register bonus points. Bonus points will be credited to member’s account within 7 days of receipt submission.
4. Members with successfully approved receipt will be entitled to a lucky draw chance. All eligible participants can participate in the “Langham Place Spend & Win” through the Langham Place APP from 11am on 4 August to 11pm on 10 October 2021.
5. Prize of the Lucky Draw will be randomly drawn by the computer system from the prize list to winner. Upon members’ participation in the instant lucky draw in Langham Place APP, prizes will be immediately delivered to the "Gift Box".

Prize Collection

1. Winners can present the prize in “Gift Box” of Langham Place APP to relevant staff and scan the designated QR Code at designated merchant or Gift Redemption Counter, to collect the prize within the redemption period. Prize not collected by the redemption expiry date will be forfeited.
2. An announcement of the lucky draw completion will be published in Sing Tao Daily and The Standard on 18 October 2021.
3. Winners are responsible for checking the quality of prize on spot upon redemption. After the prize redemption procedure is completed, the prize cannot be cancelled, altered, transferred, refunded, exchanged for cash or re-issued under any circumstances, and is subject to individual terms and conditions. For details, please refer to the relevant terms and conditions on the individual gift description in Langham Place APP.

How can I apply for LP CLUB Membership

1. Customers can register as LP CLUB member upon downloading Langham Place APP and completing the registration procedure.

Eligible Sales Receipt for Lucky Draw

1. Eligible Sales Receipt must be issued by participating merchants in Langham Place Mall within 4 August and 3 October 2021. Each sales receipt is entitled to one chance of lucky draw only; if the receipt is settled by one of the four government-designated stored value facilities, the receipt will be entitled to a maximum of two chances of lucky draw.
2. Members can register bonus points and participate in “Langham Place Spend & Win” upon spending of HK$300 or above by electronic payment (including credit card, debit card, EPS, Octopus, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, QuickPass, PayMe, BOC Pay, Tap&Go and credit card cash back rewards) at participating merchants in Langham Place Mall for a single transaction.
3. The spending amount on each sales receipt must be HK$300 or above. A valid sales receipt must be machine-printed and contain the merchant name, receipt number, transaction date and transaction amount (“Eligible Sales Receipt”). Members shall  upload the original sales receipt for bonus points registration. Revised, re-printed, copied or handwritten receipt is not acceptable.
4. If the transactions are made by mobile payment (including Octopus, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, QuickPass, PayMe, BOC Pay and Tap&Go), members are required to upload Eligible Sales Receipts and screenshots of mobile payment transaction for bonus points registration.
5. Maximum HK$5,000 is eligible for point registration per sales receipt uploaded via Langham Place APP. For sales receipt exceeding HK$5,000, members can register maximum 5,000 bonus points only, remaining points will be forfeited and not be re-issued. Members must visit L4 Customer Service Centre in person in order to register all bonus points for sales receipts exceeding HK$5,000, but member will not be able to participate in “Langham Place Spend & Win”.
6. If sales receipts, electronic payment slips or screenshots of mobile payment transaction uploaded by members are incomplete or unclear, the registration may be delayed or rejected.
7. Members may check the list of participating merchants in ‘Upload Receipt’ page of Langham Place APP.
8. Members shall keep the original sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips or screenshots of mobile payment transaction until the bonus points are credited to their accounts, in case the proof are required for verification.

General

1. Members can check their lucky draw record via Langham Place APP. All lucky draw records are subject to the system record of Langham Place. Langham Place will not be liable for any loss, damage or failure of members to participate in the lucky draw resulting from network, device or technical issues or any abnormal incidents that prevent the system from accessing member's information.
2. Each Eligible Sales Receipt can be registered and used for this lucky draw once only (including sales receipts uploaded via Langham Place APP or registered at L4 Customer Service Centre). Validity of sales receipt is subject to receipt number and date of issuance.
3. The following transactions are not accepted for bonus points registration and this lucky draw: transactions at Langham Place Office Tower, Cordis Hotel, banking services, parking fees, online purchase or payment, Octopus Card add-value service, purchase or add-value of merchant membership card, bill payment, purchase of gift voucher and related services.
4. The following transactions at 7-Eleven are not accepted for bonus points registration and this lucky draw: stored-value game products; phone cards, mobile data cards, recharge vouchers; stamps, fax and photocopy service, prepaid service, gift cards, ticketing service and charity donation; for details, please refer to the official website of 7-Eleven (https://www.7-eleven.com.hk/en).
5. All lucky draw chances and winners will be calculated and drawn by the computer system. The winner list shall be final and conclusive. Langham Place shall have the right to disqualify any member from winning in the Lucky Draw with immediate effect if he/she registers bonus points or participates lucky draw with counterfeit receipt or receipt stolen from another person. Langham Place reserves the right to make final decision and no objection shall be raised to the decision.
6. For membership application, relevant terms and conditions and personal data collection statement of Langham Place LP CLUB, please refer to "LP CLUB Terms and Conditions" in Langham Place APP.
7. Langham Place is not a supplier or service provider of all the products/services provided and shall not be responsible for any matters relating to the products or services provided. Any enquiry in relation to the quality of the products/services shall be directed to the relevant merchant. Langham Place accepts no liability for any (including but not limited to direct or indirect) loss, damage or personal injury of the prize winners resulted from the use of products/services.
8. In order to support the government voucher scheme, employees and family members of Langham Place and its tenants are also eligible to participate in this promotion. In the interest of fairness, Langham Place will examine the key procedures and systems controls of this Lucky Draw campaign according to internal guideline.
9. If a member is found engaging in any unlawful or other improper misconduct which interferes with the fair and proper conduct of the lucky draw, Langham Place reserves all legal rights to disqualify the member and recover damages or other compensation.
10. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
11. In case of disputes, the decision of Langham Place and participating merchants shall be final.
