Terms and Conditions for Pet Stroller Lending Service

  1. Customers shall return the pet stroller to L1 or L4 Customer Service Centre before 10:30pm on the same day of borrowing.
  2. Customers shall provide relevant contact information (Name and Contact Number) before borrowing.
  3. Customers can borrow the pet stroller for free, but a deposit of HK$500 in cash is required prior to each borrowing. Upon returning the pet stroller, our Customer Service Ambassadors will examine the stroller for any damages or stains. If the pet stroller is in good condition, Langham Place will refund the full deposit.
  4. Customers are advised to keep the receipt for deposit payment. If a customer is unable to present the receipt when returning the pet stroller, Langham Place reserves the right to forfeit the deposit payment.
  5. Customers are advised to observe the load limit instructions indicated on the pet stroller and avoid exceeding the weight limit to ensure safety.
  6. Customers are expected to use and maintain the pet stroller in a responsible and clean manner during the borrowing period. In the event of any damages, losses, or stains, the deposit will not be refunded, and the customer may be obliged to compensate for the damage, loss, or the cost of cleaning.
  7. Customers are prohibited from adding any items to the pet stroller for safety reasons.
  8. Customers should use the elevator and avoid using the escalator when using the pet stroller to prevent accident or injury.
  9. In case of any disputes, Langham Place reserves the right of final decision. Langham Place also reserves the right to modify the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
