Free Parking Privilege Terms & Conditions

  1. Customers can redeem a free parking privilege upon spending a specified amount by electronic payment at participating merchants. A maximum of 2 same-day electronic payment receipts by 2 different participating merchants are accepted for redemption. Receipt(s) that is/are not redeemed on the day of purchase will be regarded as invalid.
  2. Transaction through electronic payment includes: Credit Card, Debit Card, EPS, Octopus, Apply Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, QuickPass,, PayMe, BOC Pay, Tap & Go and Credit Card Cash Rebate.
  3. A valid sales receipt must be machine-printed and contain the name of the shopping mall, merchant name, receipt number, transaction date and transaction amount (“Eligible Sales Receipt”). Original sales receipt(s) and corresponding electronic payment slip(s) or screenshots of mobile payment transaction must be presented upon redemption. Revised, re-printed, copied or handwritten receipt is not acceptable.
  4. Only one receipt issued by each merchant will be accepted for redemption. Transactions made at the same merchant cannot be split into multiple sales receipts, electronic payment slips or mobile payment transactions. Split sales receipts or merge payment methods will not be accepted. The spending amount on eligible sales receipt must be equal to actual transaction amount of the corresponding electronic payment slip or screenshots of mobile payment transaction.
  5. Any valid receipt(s) or movie ticket(s) can be used for redemption for once only. Validity of sales receipt is subject to receipt number and date of issuance.
  6. Receipts will be stamped by Customer Service Ambassadors for confirmation. Customer Services Ambassadors may record the original sales receipts by taking photograph, photocopying and record any details of the sales receipts for internal verification.
  7. For the benefits of customers and patrons, customers are not allowed to redeem the privilege with sales transactions made by another person. Customers may be requested to present credit card, debit card, EPS card, Octopus card or mobile payment APP for verification. In case of any dispute, Customer Service Ambassador shall have the right to reject the redemption and make the final decision.
  8. Movie tickets issued by CINEMA CITY will be accepted as receipt issued by one single merchant for redemption. Customers shall present their movie ticket(s) in addition to the sales receipt for redemption of Free parking privilege.
  9. The following transactions are not accepted for redemption of Free parking privilege: transactions at Langham Place Office Tower, transactions at Cordis Hotel, banking services, parking fees, medical or health services, online purchase or payment, Octopus Card add-value service, purchase or add-value of merchant membership card, bill payment, purchase of gift voucher and related services.
  10. The following transactions at 7-11 are not accepted for redemption of Free parking privilege: stored-value game products; phone cards, mobile data cards and recharge vouchers; stamps, fax and photocopy service, prepaid service; ticketing service and charity donation; For details, please refer to the official website of 7-Eleven (https://www.7-eleven.com.hk/en).
  11. Customers should redeem Free parking privilege before exiting the car park.
  12. Redemption should be registered at L1 Customer Service Centre during 11:00 - 23:00 or L4 Customer Service Centre during 10:00 - 23:00. 1-hour Free parking privilege is offered from Monday to Thursday only (excluding Public Holidays). Redemption of such privilege must be completed within the opening hours of L1 or L4 Customer Service Centre.
  13. Customers should enter the car park with Octopus and is required to present the same Octopus card upon redemption. Each Octopus can only enjoy the privilege once per day, with a maximum of 2 hours of free parking (excluding other concurrently held Free parking privileges).
  14. For every additional hour parked beyond the promotion offer, the prevailing parking fee will be duly charged onwards (Monday to Thursday: HK$37 per hour; Friday to Sunday & Public Holidays: HK$41 per hour).
  15. The free parking coupon cannot be used in conjunction with night parking privilege.
  16. Sales personnel of Langham Place mall merchants are not allowed to participate in this promotion and redeem Free parking privilege on behalf of customers. Customers may be requested to present relevant information (such as company name and contact number) or document for verification if necessary. Langham Place reserves the right to reject any sales personnel of Langham Place mall merchants to redeem Free parking privilege or redeem such privilege on behalf of customers.
  17. Langham Place reserves the right to amend the Privileges, Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Langham Place shall be final.
